The Sunny SUP Exercise Program:
Stand Up Paddle Boarding isn't that hard to learn because, unlike normal surfing, it doesn’t require waves. You will find standing up on the board and paddling can be achieved quickly after the first few attempts. Exercising on the board will take some practice with some degree of failure to be expected, but learning to climb back on the board is, in itself, a skill that incorporates strength and balance training, not to mention the additional calories burned!

Each class will teach you how to improve your balance, strength, core and agility.

 

Lessons:
The lessons range from beginners basic SUP techniques to intermediate to advanced skills which include some difficult physical moves…
…and best of all, after completing the program, you will be able to duplicate it on your very own Sunny Workout Board. With practice, you will be ready to compete with the best of them!
